Growing up, Morgan swam for the Stingrays and was also part of the MOR swim team through high school. She was an amazing HG Stingrays coach during her college years and we are thrilled to have her back as she wraps up her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Western Carolina University.

Kellyn is a recent graduate of Leesville Road High School. She has been a part of the Harrington Grove Stingrays since she was three years old and this is her third year coaching. She also lifeguards at HG and has done private lessons.

My name is Molly. I’m a rising senior at LRHS, where I’ve swam on the varsity swim team for all three years. This is my second year coaching the HG Stingrays. I started swimming for the Stingrays when I was five and then swam competitively year-round for nine years. Now I love taking what I’ve learned from some of the best coaches in the country and using it to help the Stingray swimmers become the best they can in and out of the pool.

Autumn is a rising Sophomore at Leesville Road High School. She has been a Harrington Grove Stingray since she was 5. She has enjoyed many years of summer swimming and a few years of year round swimming with WAVE. Autumn now swims for the LRHS swim team, as well as playing JV Volleyball and JV Lacrosse. She will also be lifeguarding this summer, so you will see her around the pool a lot!

Hey, I'm Avery and a rising sophomore at Cardinal Gibbons High School where I swim for the Varsity team. I also swim year-round for WAVE swim team and love competing in long distances, like the 500 and 1650. I've been a Stingray since first moving to Harrington Grove in 3rd grade and was a coach with Little Stingers last summer. I'm so excited to work with the Stingray team this summer!

My name is Lincoln Gage and I have been swimming with the Stingrays since I was 5 years old and started year-round swimming for the Marlins of Raleigh when I was 8 years old. Since then, I have dedicated a lot of my life and time to swimming. My favorite and best swimming event is the 200 butterfly. Next year, I will go to Leesville High School and plan to join their swim team. I also like to run track in the Spring for Pine Hollow Middle School. I look forward to being a junior coach this year and working with the kids to improve their swimming and to hopefully make them want to continue in the sport.
