Just a quick follow up on declarations instructions.  It is fairly straight forward, but there are a few options.

If from your computer, you can click on the meet schedule from our homepage.

There will be a green button to the right of the meet you are declaring for that says 'Meet Entry'.  When you click on that it brings up a screen with all of your swimmers.  Scroll to the bottom and click 'edit'.  Then simply select 'swimmer will attend', or 'swimmer will not attend.  Then save.

You can edit declarations until they close in the event something changes with your kids.

From your Swimtopia app.

Click on the swim meet you want to declare for.

Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click 'Meet signup'

This takes you to the mobile friendly version of our website.  Now scroll to the bottom of the screen and click 'edit' and complete declarations just as described above.

Please feel free to reach out to the board if you have questions.  Declarations will be important leading up to each meet.  We will open declarations on Wednesday of each week going forward for the official meets and we ask that you declare by Friday of that week.  We want to minimize last minute changes because it can make things very complicated for the coaches in seeding the meet.
