Hi everyone, 

The volunteer schedule is finally complete- see attached!! Apologies for the delay-  there are so many moving pieces that it takes much longer than we anticipate with so many changes year to year. The goal is that each family is assigned one job at 3 different meets; however some families may be assigned less depending on meet attendance and some maybe assigned to more depending on the role.

Lisa and I have tried to ensure that we considered everyone's availability from the Google Form as well as preferences from registration when assigning positions but in order to cover all positions, we did need to assign some people to jobs they had not chosen in registration. (Sorry-not everyone can do Swimmer Check-In :))

If there are any issues based on assignments to meets you had communicated to us that you could not attend but are assigned anyway, please let us know and we will help fix the issue (We do make errors sometimes with so many things to consult in creating this spreadsheet.) Otherwise, if your plans have changed, you are responsible for finding your own replacement.  The FB group is an easy place to organize "trades" as needed.  Please be sure that Lisa and I are aware of any trades so we know who to expect at Volunteer Check-In before each meet. 

Thank you to everyone, in advance, for your help at the meets.  As you can see, it takes  lot of parent volunteers to make these meets happen!!
