Tonight is or HG Stingrays time trials.  Please make sure your swimmers are declared in Swimtopia by noon today.  Please see below for the schedule and reminders:

4:30pm - Set up Volunteers arrival (there be a Volunteer check-in tent when you first walk into the pool area, you won't miss it!)

5pm - All other Volunteers please check in at the above tent

5:15pm - Team Picture (please wear Stingrays team or all black swimsuits)

5:30pm - Swimmer Warm-ups

6pm - Time Trials start (No relays so 6 and U Freestyle will be first up)

Reminders:

No alcohol allowed at Swim Team events per TSA rules.

Please bring extra towels, snacks, and chairs

We will have hotdogs, chips, applesauce pouches, and drinks for sale.

If you received a cap, please encourage your kids to wear them (especially our 6 and U and 7/8 swimmers), that will be super helpful to Kid Pushers.

Swimmers only in the water no siblings will be able to swim.

Swimmers only will receive a ticket for free Sunset Slush, other family members are welcome to purchase.

Just a final reminder that the goal of tonight is to have fun!  There will be lots of new swimmers and parents but we're all in this together.  See everyone tonight!
