Hello Stingray Families, 

As our first swim meet of the season approaches, we are excited to announce a fun new tradition this year: Ice Cream Wednesdays! Due to increasing costs, we had to switch from donuts to ice cream. 

These weekly treats after Tuesday meets are a fantastic way to encourage our 190 Stingray swimmers to come to practice, and it has always been a big hit. To make Ice Cream Wednesdays a success, we need your support as sponsors. 

Each week, a different company or family will have the opportunity to sponsor Ice Cream Day. Sponsors would ideally stay after each practice session (6:00 PM, 6:45 PM, 7:30 PM, and 8:30 PM) to hand out the ice cream. If you're unable to stay for the entire time, please let me know, and I can help arrange for someone to assist with distribution. The weekly sponsor will also be responsible for covering the cost of the ice cream, which will likely be between $110 and $130. I will confirm the exact amount each week after purchasing the treats. I will purchase a variety of ice creams and popsicles and ensure they are in the freezers at the clubhouse or pump room each week.
