Hello Stingray Families, 

We're still looking for sponsors to help us continue our Wednesday Ice Cream treats for the rest of the season. We currently need sponsors for July 2nd, July 9th, and July 16th. 

These weekly treats after our Tuesday meets are a fantastic way to encourage our 190 Stingray swimmers to come to practice and reward them for their hard work at the swim meet the day before. This has always been a big hit with the kids! To make Ice Cream Wednesdays a success, we need your support as sponsors.

Each week, a different company or family will have the opportunity to sponsor Ice Cream Day. Ideally, sponsors would stay after each practice session (6:00 PM, 6:45 PM, 7:30 PM, and 8:30 PM) to hand out the ice cream. If you're unable to stay for the entire time, please let me know, and I can help arrange for someone to assist with distribution. The weekly sponsor will also be responsible for covering the cost of the ice cream. I've been finding some good deals, so the cost is usually under $100. I will confirm the exact amount each week after purchasing the treats. I will purchase a variety of ice creams and popsicles and ensure they are in the freezers at the clubhouse or pump room each week.
