Hi Stingrays,

Thanks to all of you who have logged in your volunteer slots so far. We, literally, cannot run the meets without families volunteering. With that said, we still have an unfilled position for 'Order of Finish Judge' for tomorrow's meet at Bedford Falls. This is an essential position that allows us to award points in the event of a timing failure, or settle place discrepancies when needed. You get to have one of the best seats in the house for watching the races and you only need to be alert and engaged for the first heat of each event. Please reach out to me or Lindsay if you can fill this position for tomorrow's meet as we cannot run the meet without this position filled on our side. If you have not yet fulfilled your three volunteer commitments for the season, please step up to help out tomorrow. 

Just as a heads up, we still need positions filled for the next three meets as well. Again, if you have not fulfilled your three volunteer commitments, please check out the SignUp Genius that Lindsay sent out and cover the slots. None of these jobs are too difficult for any parent to perform so don't be coy. Lindsay, Rosie, or I can walk you through any of them.
