Happy Tuesday and Good luck to our Sting Rays today, as we swim our second home meet vs Quail Hollow Amberjacks.

4:30 PM – Set-Up Volunteers Arrive
4:55 PM – All Other Volunteers Arrive  (volunteers check in at the tent on the pool deck)
5:00 PM – Swimmers have arrived & Warm Ups start (NO
check in)
6:00 PM – Meet Begins

Heat sheets will be available in the late afternoon on meet day.

Please do not park in the main lot—leave space for guests and emergency access. What to Bring:
Goggles, swim cap, towel, team suit
Water bottles & snacks
Games (UNO, cards, etc. help with downtime!)
Chairs for your family

Plan your Dinner!

Grab a slice (or a whole pie!) of plain cheese pizza — available from

5:30–7:30pm only!  There will be Hot Dog Sales with/without chips and drink available as well.
Drinks & snacks will be chillin’ in the shack.
The Lucky Cart Ice Cream Truck will be on site as well! Can’t Attend or Need to Switch a Volunteer Shift?
If you can’t volunteer, please find a replacement!
