Tomorrow is HG Stingrays time trials! Please check Swimtopia and make sure your swimmers are listed as "Attending". This was done automatically this year for all swimmers.

Please see below for the schedule and reminders:

4:30pm - Set up Volunteers arrival (there be a Volunteer check-in tent when you first walk into the pool area, you won't miss it!)

5pm - All other Volunteers please check in at the above tent.  Swimmer Arrival.

5:15pm - Team Picture (please wear Stingrays team or all black swimsuits)

5:30pm - Swimmer Warm-ups

6pm - Time Trials start (We will start with relays this year)

Reminders:

Team shirts, swim caps, and any other purchased items will be available at the clubhouse and labeled with your name so please pop by to pick it up.

4:30-6pm at Time Trials will be the last opportunity to purchase parking space raffle tickets!  They will also be available today from 6-7pm!

No alcohol allowed at Swim Team events per TSA rules.

Please bring extra towels, snacks, and chairs

We will not be serving food so please make dinner plans on your own for your family.

Swimmers only in the water no siblings will be able to swim.

Registered Swimmers only will receive a ticket for free Sunset Slush, other family members are welcome to purchase.

Just a final reminder that the goal of tonight is to have fun! There will be lots of new swimmers and parents but we're all in this together.  Also there is an optional training today at 6pm for those interested in learning more!
