Hello Stingray Parents, we still have Swimmers that are listed as "undeclared" in Swimtopia for tomorrow's meet.  Swimmers will be placed into events today so we need this done ASAP today.

For new parents, you might be wondering what this means. Declaring your swimmer is entering into Swimtopia whether or not they will be swimming in each meet. We ask parents to complete this as early as possible, knowing there may be unexpected changes like illness, so Coach Riley knows who will be swimming in each meet and can create heat sheets and relay teams. You now have the capability of entering whether or not your swimmer will be attending all 6 meets.  It is most important you go in NOW and enter it today for tomorrow's meet!

Please go into Swimtopia and click on each meet under Upcoming Events. Once inside the event you will see the names of your swimmers under Attendance. Under that there is a button that says Meet Signup. Click that button and you will be directed to a new screen. Click EDIT and then select from the Drop down "Attending" or "Not Attending" and SAVE. It is important you fill out either option or your swimmer may be left off the list.

If you know when you'll be on vacation than mark them off as "Not Attending" now. You can always go back and edit your selections later. If you do have an unexpected issue on the day of the meet, please reach out directly to Coach Riley and do not just change your attendance in the app. Once heat sheets are pulled, he will not be going back in and could miss the change.
