Last Swim Meet Tomorrow!

Good luck to our Stingrays tomorrow, as we swim our last swim meet at home the Bedford Sharks! Our theme for the night is Christmas in July!  It is also our food drive night for the Salvation Army.  Please review the end of this message for what items each age group is responsible for.  Although this is optional, we encourage you to talk to your swimmers about this special cause and donate.

Heat sheets will be available on meet day.

Please do not park in the main lot, except for our raffle winner,β€”leave space for guests and emergency access.

  • *What to Bring:
    βœ”οΈ Goggles, swim cap, towel, team suit
    βœ”οΈ Water bottles & snacks
    βœ”οΈ Games (UNO, cards, etc. help with downtime!)
    βœ”οΈ Chairs for your family

Plan your Dinner!

There will be pizza slices and Chick-Fil-A sandwiches on sale starting at 5:30pm, while supplies last.

🍦The Lucky Cart Ice Cream Truck will be on site as well!

If you can’t volunteer, please find a replacement! We are already short on volunteers.

Please bring the below items to tomorrow's meet by age group:

6u: Cereal, Canned Potatoes, Creamed Corn, and Canned Peas

7/8: Pasta Sauce, Canned Chicken, Canned Tuna, and Canned Salmon

9/10: Baked Beans, Grits, and Canned Beef Stew

11/12: Lima Beans (Canned or dried), Boxed Mashed Potatoes, and Canned Carrots

13/14: Canned Diced Tomatoes, Canned Ravioli, Oatmeal

15-18: Spam
